As Account Director you’ll work with an agency that; has built its reputation predominantly through word of mouth; ensures when they’re profitable so are you; never let you work your birthday; offer working from home flexibility AND provide financial incentives if you bring in a new client.

Day to day responsibilities as Account Director include –

• Own, lead and develop profitable client relationships for a variety of well-known global brands, building relationships and supporting them on business-critical projects
• Direct and project manage jobs from conception to completion, upselling opportunities where relevant
• Lead, inspire and develop team members
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to deliver outstanding solutions
• Confidently present services to existing and prospective clients.
• Proactivity seek new business opportunities

We’d love to speak to existing Account Directors, Senior Account Managers, those in Client Services or Project Management who have experience being the key point of contact with clients and managing the life cycle of projects from initial brief to execution, as well as line managing or mentoring junior members of the team.
