As Account Manager you’ll be responsible for the seamless project delivery of marketing campaigns for the agency’s clients. This includes:
- Client management – being the key point of contact for your client, managing their expectations (rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests) and building strong, productive relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
- Project management – ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of output is to a high standard.
- Project delivery – overseeing the day-to-day administration of client accounts and the delivery of best-practice integrated marketing. Working closely with the internal creative, PR and digital teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of our campaigns and communication per the agreed strategic direction.
- People management – being a supportive mentor and role model for junior members of the team including the management and development of Account Executives within your line.
- Agency growth – identifying opportunities for client growth and supporting the team with the creation of proposals.
