The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in securing high-value opportunities and driving agency growth. This is a hands-on, proactive role focused on identifying and engaging corporate decision-makers through a combination of outreach, networking and LinkedIn, leading discovery calls, shaping proposals, and successfully converting opportunities into contracted work. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact through to pitch, negotiation and close — collaborating closely with internal creative, strategy, and client services teams to craft compelling, tailored responses to briefs.

You’ll focus on securing new business across live events, exhibitions, brand activations and digital experiences, with a client focus spanning established global B2B brands and emerging players in digital and green sectors. Alongside proactive outreach, you’ll benefit from warm inbound leads generated by an active marketing programme. Some international travel will be part of the role, attending key industry events across the UK, Europe, and occasionally further afield.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven success in B2B business development, ideally within live events or brand experience
  • Strong understanding of conferences, exhibitions, summits, and digital activations
  • Ability to communicate the value of creative and digital services to senior stakeholders
  • Confident pitching and leading successful tenders
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for outreach and engagement
  • Commercially driven, target-focused, and motivated by results

Base salary up to £85K + Commission, with a great benefits package. The agency is located in Bankside, near London Bridge.
