This independent, award-winning creative agency is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join their expanding team. You’ll be working with an exciting mix of established, challenger and up-and-coming FMCG brands – shaping their voice and presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. From sparking new ideas and building strategies to producing content and managing influencer partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of campaigns that make an impact.

The role:

No two days are the same here. One moment you’ll be brainstorming creative concepts with designers, the next you’ll be deep-diving into platform analytics to fine-tune performance. You’ll lead day-to-day organic social activity, keep calendars running smoothly, and make sure every post feels on-brand, relevant and worth engaging with. You’ll also spot opportunities to jump on trends, collaborate with influencers, and bring fresh thinking to every brief.

You’ll bring:

• Experience running social media for brands, within an agency setting
• Proven success across Instagram and TikTok (LinkedIn experience is a bonus)
• A mix of creative flair and strategic thinking
• Strong organisational skills for managing content, reporting and deadlines
