As Art Director you’ll partner with the Head of Copy to lead the creative department, working across several challenger and established brands, to deliver –

• Big, channel-neutral ideas
• Big advertising ideas
• Brilliant social concepts
• Beautiful design and art direction

Other activities and responsibilities include –

• Mentor junior members of the team, encouraging, inspiring, course-correcting and collaborating
• Sign-off the majority of creative, working hand in hand with the senior copywriter
• Develop work to win awards across the business, so part of the role will include submissions
• Be an integral part of new business pitches.
